Environmental, Atmospheric, Earth and Marine Sciences Research Group (ÇAYDAG)

Environmental, Atmospheric, Earth and Marine Sciences Research Group supports the scientists who propose research and development activities by producing information and technology on the areas of atmosphere, earth, marine and environmental sciences and engineering, and transforming those results into service and/or products for the public in accordance with the directions of universal progress and national priorities.

Electrical, Electronical and Informatics Research Group (EEEAG)
Electrical, Electronical and Informatics Research Group supports scientists who conduct research and development activities in accordance with universal improvement and national scientific and technological priorities in the areas of electrical, electronical and informatics. The projected outcome of funding scientists is to produce knowledge and technologies which results in services and/or products for public benefits.

Public Research Grant Committee (KAMAG)
Priviliged goals of KAMAG are:

To create awareness of R&D in public institutions,

  • To help public institutions in determining their needs for R&D projects,
  • Solving problems of public institutions by means of result oriented projects

Other goals of the Committee are,

  • To enhance the relationships between public institutions, universities, and industry,
  • To increase the number of scientists and researchers by means of the supported projects

Engineering Research Grant Committee (MAG)
Engineering Research Grant Committee (MAG) funds our scientists who conduct research and development activities in the fields of mechanical, chemical, metallurgical, civil, industrial, textile, mining engineering and architecture in order to generate information & technology and transform the results into service and/or product for the public use in connection with the universal developments and the country priorities.

Defence & Security Technologies Research Grant Committee (SAVTAG)
Defence & Security Technologies Research Grant Committee aims to increase the global competitiveness of Turkey by,

  • Enabling our country to produce technologies for economical improvement and social welfare,
  • Supporting and increasing the number of the scientists and researchers who carry on R&D activities in order to develop systems, subsystems and components based on critical technologies that are obligatory to be national for continuity and efficiency of our defence.

To reach the goals above, SAVTAG also aims to support cooperation between public institution, private firms and universities.

Health Sciences Research Group (SBAG)
Health Sciences RGC funds scientists working on R&D activities for supporting, developing and encouraging scientific research activities on health sciences such as medicine, pharmacy, dentistry and nursery.

Social Sciences and Humanities Research Group (SOBAG)
Social Sciences and Humanities Research Group (SOBAG) builds up the researchers conducting R&D activities in all areas of social sciences and humanities by supporting and improving these researches in accordance with the universal developments and national priorities.

The Basic Sciences Research Group (TBAG)
The Basic Sciences Research Group supports the scientific R&D projects on  physics, chemistry, biology and statistics, based on global developments and national priorities, where an information and/or technology is produced and served as service or  product.

Agriculture, Forestry & Veterinary Research Grant Committee (TOVAG)
Agriculture, Forestry & Veterinary Research Grant Committee is established  for the purpose to support and encourage the scientists to develop information and technology and transform the results to a product or service in the field of agriculture, forestry, veterinary and food science throughout universal advancements and national priorities.
