Postdoctoral Research Scholarships:

·    National Postdoctoral Research Scholarship Programme
Scientists who perform research in Natural Sciences, Medical Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities and Engineering and Technological Sciences in Turkey are supported.

·    International Postdoctoral Research Scholarship Programme
Scientists who perform research in Natural Sciences, Medical Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities and Engineering and Technological Sciences abroad are supported.

·    Visiting Scientists Fellowship Programme
In order to contribute to the improvement of human resources and research in Natural Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Medical Sciences, Social Sciences and  Humanities at public or private institutions, scientists working at universities or research centres abroad are supported to enable them to visit to Turkey through seminars, conferences, lectures, research and technological innovation. Applications should be made by the institution.

Financial Principles of Postdoctoral Scholarship in Research and Career Projects

The Principal Investigator/Project Director and the researchers are paid Project Promotion Grants whereby the consultants receive consultancy payments. In addition, scholarships can be provided for the MSc and PhD students and postdoctoral researchers involved in the project team.

The postdoctoral researcher can be paid up to 1750 YTL/month if he/she does not receive any payment from elsewhere, including any other project funded by TÜBİTAK.
