The Enabling Grids for E-sciencE (EGEE) project is funded by the European Commission. The project aims to provide researchers in both academia and industry with access to major computing resources, independent of their geographic location. 16.09.2008 Study Finds Turkish Wheat Varieties Resistant to Fungus According to the research conducted by Turkish and British researchers, Turkish winter wheat varieties offer an untapped source of disease resistance genes for European wheat breeders. 31.10.2007 Turkish Space Technology Discussed at the Conference Europe and Turkey's leading space science and technology communities gathered together to identify areas of collaboration at TÜBİTAK's premises in Gebze. 30.10.2007 EU funds reverse brain drain process for Turkey Turkey is drawing its skilled scientists back home, as the country has begun to start benefiting from the attractive opportunities offered by the EU's "Researchers' Mobility" funds. 15.10.2007
